5 Self-Love Tips You Need to Know

It’s so easy to get lost in the chaos of our day-to-day lives that we forget about the importance of loving ourselves! Today in collaboration with Graydon skincare we want to share 6 tips we have for showing ourselves some love. The best part is that there’s so many different ways to show ourselves some love, and it varies from person to person! Here are a few of our favorites.

1. IF NOTHING ELSE, JUST BREATHE.

“I tell women who feel ungrounded, to take a moment to ground yourself by taking a few deep breaths. These breaths don’t just symbolize momentary stress relief, but grounding your body over all and taking the time to understand where there might be turmoil. You could be experiencing an imbalance due to stress, fatigue, or a number of other things,” says Graydon from Graydon Skincare

2. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH POSITIVITY.

While it’s not possible to be positive 100% of the time (come on, we’re not perfect!) it is possible to strive to be positive most of the time, and surround yourself with people who want the same. This means walking away from the water cooler gossip, or maybe putting some distance between you and friends who want to spend more time complaining than trying to make things better. Surround yourself with people who make you want to be better!

3. EXERCISE.

Whatever type of workout is best for you, do it. Doctors recommend doing at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity every day. Go for a walk during lunch, turn on some yoga in the morning, whatever works for you. 4. TREAT YO' SELF.
