We accept returns with 60 days of your purchase and will be happy to provide you a full refund on your purchase of a Kegelbell: The Vagina Gym Kit.

Shipping with Route Insurance

If you purchased shipping insurance with Route, please contact their excellent customer service line for questions and help. https://claims.route.com/

I'm not in the USA. What will my shipping costs be?


Shipping costs can be confusing when you make an order from a country other than your own. The shipping fees displayed to you on Kegelbell.com when you are placing your order are the amounts we must pay the carrier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS) in order to have them ship your package from the USA to you. We 100% pass our discounted rates to you and do not charge you extra.

Shipping fees do not include the duties that your government may require you to pay in order to import a product from outside of your country. Private carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) will often deal with your country's customs on your behalf. They will work with customs, do the paperwork and often even pay the duty that your country is demanding of you to encourage customs to release the package to allow swift delivery directly to you. For this service, carriers charge what they call a brokerage fee. The carrier will collect the duties owed/paid plus their brokerage fee from you before handing over your package. Different countries have different customs procedures so carriers have different brokerage fees for different countries.

If you do not know what your country charges you for import duties, then we encourage you to check with customs in your country for those details. If you are planning on having your item shipped through DHL, then you can contact DHL in your country for information on their brokerage fees. DHL in the USA does not provide us with that information.

We receive quite a lot of orders from Canada and can tell you that customers who receive Kegelbell products often pay additional fees (mostly duties ultimately to the Canadian government) of $20-$40CAD.

Does Kegelbell have a warranty?


Kegelbell comes with a 1-year replacement warranty against defects in workmanship. Please contact us documenting any issues with workmanship and we will follow up with instructions.

Can I return Kegelbell?


We accept returns within 60 days of purchase. Please contact us at orders@kegelbell.com to initiate the refund process. Clearly identify your purchase order number so we can process your request.

Are Kegelbell's two-week challenge results guaranteed?


Individual results may vary. The majority of our customers tell us they are seeing results after two weeks of use, which is why we challenge everyone to use it for two weeks and find out for themselves. Read more about our two-week challenge.
