Is Kegelbell shipped in a discreet package?


Yes! Your privacy is important to us. That's why Kegelbell is shipped in a discreet package.

Does Kegelbell have a warranty?


Kegelbell, The Vagina Gym, comes with a 1-year replacement warranty against defects in workmanship. Contact us documenting any issues with workmanship and we will follow up with instructions. Please contact by phone toll-free (855)440-0375

Kegelbell will cover the full cost of a replacement device.

Can I return Kegelbell?

We issue refunds to domestic purchases within the first 60 days.
We do NOT issue refunds for international orders.
Only the Kegelbell: The Vagina Gym kit is eligible for returns.
There is no restocking fee because all returns are destroyed upon receipt.

Please contact us at orders@kegelbell.com to initiate the refund process. Clearly identify your purchase order number so we can process your request. 

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Are Kegelbell's two-week challenge results guaranteed?


Individual results may vary. The majority of our customers tell us they are seeing results after two weeks of use, which is why we challenge everyone to use it for two weeks and find out for themselves. Read more about our two-week challenge.
